Free exercise and fitness classes to try (timetable available on the day) spin, kettlebells, fitball, dance and more!!!
Free Blood pressure testing (10am—1pm) and health advice. Have a go on an outdoor climbing wall, sign up for a Max Card for free (proof of benefit entitlement must be shown and 2 passport sized photos are required) and have a tour of the centre and find out more about us.
You can also pick up information and advice on healthier living and find out more about services on offer within your community.
Join the library for free and bring your children to story time (11am & 2.30pm).
