Mental Health Self Management Course

Though initially a 2 day course there are six half day follow ups over a period of 3 months. Subsequently,there will be assistance given to establish Peer Support Groups. The requirements for acceptance on the course are that the prospective delegate lives in Wales and has a mental health diagnosis, The course will be run by a trained Facilitator and co-facilitator;there will be no carers or medical staff involved unless as a delegate on the course. Lunch,tea,coffee & biscuits will be provided free of charge. Transport costs must be met by the delegate.
