It’s time once again to join Gandalf the Sorcerer as he leads Bilbo Baggins and his Dwarf companions on a frightening yet magical journey. It’s a journey from which they may never return as they hunt for a powerful treasure that must be found and given back to its rightful owners.

Travel with them through the Misty Mountains, Mirkwood, through wind, rain, hail and tremendous thunderstorms. Laugh with Bilbo as he discovers the answers to ancient riddles. Gasp as our adventurers narrowly escape Trolls, Goblins, wolves and Giant Spiders only to encounter the most magnificent deadly dragon of them all - Smaug, the guardian of the treasure they all seek.

Adapted from the beloved book, this acclaimed stage adaptation has all the adventure, excitement and magic of Tolkien’s original story. Back again in Cardiff for the first time since 2003, it’s perfect for Hobbit fans both young and old.

I went to see this years ago when I was in school, had to do a review of it for my drama GCSE ... was good!
