The Child Health and Disability Team, Adult Service and Careers Wales are hosting a Transitions Information Day on Wednesday 25th August at Barry Leisure Centre. Young Disabled People, their parents and carers are welcome to come along to the leisure centre from 11am till 2pm to find out about services that are available to support them through transition from school to further education and/or employment. There will be a variety of information stalls as well as activities on offer including sports provided by the Disability Sports Coordinator and V-POD Youtu Bus, music, and games consoles from the VIBE experience and Vale Youth Service.
