ShoutTawe
One of the first counties ready to get on board with the CLIC project is ShoutTawe, the news and information site for young people in Swansea.
Developed by ProMo Cymru in 2008, the website encourages young people to contribute news items, photos and events, while offering a comprehensive organisations & courses database.
For those of you who attended the CLIC take off party, you will remember a presentation about the website, and youth editorial team. For those of you who didn’t, more information about getting involved in the ShoutTawe youth editorial team can be found here.
Or of course you can contribute any news items, events & comments through the site.
ShoutTawe are using innovative new platforms to engage young people in Swansea, such as creating their own social network.
So if your aged 11 – 25, and from the Swansea area get involved and help the site develop!
