UPS Road Code Day Trip

Last Saturday about eight of us from the Blaenau Gwent Editorial Group went to Cardiff for the UPS Road Code day trip. We all had so much fun!
When we got there we were greeted by the people from Youth Cymru. We had about 5-10 minutes of fun on the driving simulators. We then had a (very) long educational talk about road safety.
We were also shown some very graphic videos about road safety.
We had two intervals including lunch.
I think I would go back but only if we had more times on the simulators but still keeping it educational. Overall every one of us had a good time!

On the 17.11.12 a group of us from PreVENT travelled to Treforest for a UPS Road Safety workshop. We did some work on the driving simulators, driving and braking in the snow and rain, it was actually really good! We also looked at hazards linked to driving and how to drive safely.
