Food For Thought
We aim to provide a practical insight into farming and food production and to encourage and help people to make healthy choices. The project encourages children to make healthy food choices, and shows them how farmers produce food. Developed by teachers and local farmers' wives, and supported by farmers and local food producers, the project is delivered in schools through a one-day session that links in with all aspects of the curriculum.
