Community adventure days at Cefn Hengoed Leisure Centre. If you're 11-19 years there are fun and exciting adventure activities taking place in Cefn Hengoed Leisure Centre on 3 July from 10.00am - 4.00pm. Activities include climbing, orienteering, swimming, kayaking, BMX, lifesaving, skateboarding and adventure games. Qualified coaches will be on hand to provide all the necessary help and guidance. All activities are FREE!
