To celebrate World Humanist Week, the Cardiff Humanist Group are staging a talk at The Assembly by Chief Executive of the British Humanist Association, Andrew Copson.

The talk is titled Objections To Humanism and will discuss the accusations of nihilism, utopianism, immorality and sentimentality often levelled at humanists and ask whether there is any truth in them and how to respond.

Also all week the Cardiff Humanist Group will use the big screen in Queen Street (if it's working) to display quotes from seven famous humanists, to spark discussions on humanism and religiosity.
