The riverside festival kicks off with a procession leaving from Ninian Park rd at 11am, then the festival goes on throughout the day in Despenser Gardens. It's a free festival and there are whole load of activities going on, have a gander at some of these:

AND, as if that wasn't enough, there will also be a mini horticultural show going on with produce and animals!
Under 12s to be accompanied by an adult.
