With stunning Cardiff Bay in sight as you cross the finish line at Roald Dahl Plass with friends, family or workmates, Sport Relief 2010 promises to be more exciting, entertaining and energetic than ever. Choose from three distances to suit Milers of all ages and abilities. For full-on fun for everyone, go for 1 Mile; to step it up a notch, choose 3 Miles; or for those who really want to go the distance, take on the 6 Mile challenge.
