The Welsh Assembly Government and the Children‘s Commissioner for Wales think that children with special educational needs should have a right of appeal to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales. Children should have this right when their parents decide not to make an appeal themselves.

This booklet explains what children‘s appeals are, and describes how the Welsh Assembly Government thinks this idea would work in practice. We want to know what you think about this idea as well.
