CLIC attended the relaunch of the Young Flintshire website at Wepre Park in Connagh's Quay on Sunday 20 June.

Hundreds of people turned up to the event and enjoyed a funfair, bands and a dog show.

There was also a youth village featuring agencies from youth support services with their displays.

CLIC had a display stall and ran kendo workshops throughout the day.

Flintshire is the latest local CLIC site to join the network. Geoff Moore, the Counties Partnership Officer for CLIC, ran the workshops and said: "The event was a great success. The young people and the Children And Young People's Partnership, along with the Youth Information Team, organised a great event.

"This partnership is really going places!"

Connah's Quay * Geoff! ... The Kendo was a fab addition to the Young Flintshire Village! Brilliant! & A Big thanks to Geoff for blowing up all the ballons!

i helped geoff aswel dlowing up the balons it was a fab day nice and sunny :)

Geoff - I wondered why you were looking so happy in that photo, now it is clear you were part happy / part spinning out from blowing up so many balloons!
