CLICvlog: An Introduction

In my course, called Creative Technologies (Multimedia) in the University of Glamorgan, I have a module called Individual Multimedia Project, where I can do anything I please, apart from invade Mexico with 10,000 spoons.

I can, however, do things that could benefit my future in the new media industry, such as creating a website or something.

But, as I become a hipster by saying that creating a website is too mainstream, I decided to merge my involvement with CLIC with my university and my sudden liking of watching videos on YouTube.

That's right. I've started a vlog series, codenamed CLICvlog.

There's a few things I'd like to do with this series.

With CLIC in mind, the idea for the vlogs was to share news that could effect young people of the fine nation of Wales in some way or other
To use another form of media to share the word of CLIC
And with my course in mind, to allow me to develop my editing skills, as video editing is my weakest field when it comes to new media

As I have absolutely no confidence in front of the camera, I asked fellow CLICer Stormer007 to help out with presenting. And he accepted. Get in.

But this project isn't just mine and Stormer007's. If you fancy helping out with it in any way, whether it be presenting one week or interviewing someone or just by giving us something to talk about, you can by emailing CLICvlog@gmail.com (and yes, we made an email account for it, we are that hardcore).

Also, if you have the time to watch the videos (although for the moment there is only one), any form of comments would be greatly appreciated.
