Flame Radio is one of many Dragon Bands projects; it is Torfaen’s only community based radio station, run by volunteers. We have over 50 hours of live shows that brings the community of Torfaen the latest in local music, gigs, news and events.
Flame works with members of the community to help develop their skills and improve their chances of employability. They also promote local gigs and events, and offer local bands and community groups the chance to advertise their gigs or an opportunity to make the community group better known.
Flame is offering a radio-based work experience to local children and those with disabilities to help them gain skills through music.
