Yn Gymraeg

I remember back in the day, I was an avid Power Rangers fan. Maybe because of the intense acting capabilities, could be because of the action, most probably because of the Lycra.

And now you have an idea to the type of person I really am, allow me to introduce you to Internet Rangers. Or the love child between the blue Power Ranger and a Macbook Air, as it seems to me.

The programme is the baby of BT, and the intention is to have the youth of the nation to share their digital prowess with older generations in a safe and confident manner, in hope that it will bridge the gap between older and younger generations when it comes to modern day technology.

BT have also provided free resources that are designed to help young people to become Internet Rangers. I'm unsure if a Lycra costume and a Megazord is part of the resource mind.

And if the knowledge that you're helping others isn't enough as a reward, BT are also giving prizes away for the best Internet Ranger and schools. Individually, you have the chance to win £100 in IT vouchers and an iPad, while if your school wins, they'll be bathing in a bath full of pound coins. Four thousand of them.
