Mental Health Training & Support
If you are a young person with a mental health condition and would like some advice and support, the Mental Health Foundation is holding a free young people's self-management course in Cardiff on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th August 2011, at the Millennium Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff, CF1 1NS.
The self-management training consists of a two day workshop, six half-day follow-up fortnightly sessions and the formation of a peer-support group where people will continue to receive support.
This training is for young people aged 18-30 with an enduring mental health diagnosis living in Wales who would like to learn skills that will allow them to set goals, set out action plans and learn how to problem solve to work towards achieving those goals.
If you are interested in this training course, please email walesmhf@mhf.org.uk or telephone 01633 415434 to reserve a place.
