Yn Gymraeg

Last night a couple of Sprouters went down to the beautiful Pierhead building for an event called Politics versus young people in Wales. This was where some young people asked a panel of four politicians (Christine Chapman AM, Bethan Jenkins AM, David Melding AM, Eluned Parrott AM) and Aled Jones from Wales YFC all sorts of questions as mediated by BBC Radio Cymru’s Nia Medi.

It was actually rather good, what with the excellent questions from young people, the way that it got a bit heated towards the end of the session, and especially the huge twitter screens on the walls (everything with the hashtag #PVYP2011 was published live, cue guffaws!).

I scribbled down a load of barely-legible notes, but the National Assembly of Wales (who organised the event with the Hansard Society) have and are continuing to upload videos from the event to YouTube so rather than read my take on it, why not get it from the horse’s mouth.

But before you shoot off check out this video of Stormer007 chatting with Aled and Bethan about the event.
