Are you a budding music journalist aged 14-19 living in Rhondda Cynon Taf?

Show off your writing skills and win some great prizes, including the chance to go to the Coal Exchange, Cardiff Bay on 20th November 2009 to see the Super Furry Animals.

Competition winners will also be invited to a writing masterclass with Gail Griffiths, journalist and editor with Plugged In – the music magazine for Wales and have the chance to have their live review published in the magazine.  Available across Wales, Plugged In provides a platform for many young photographers, journalists and up-and-coming bands.

The competition and initiative is being run by Rhondda Cynon Taf Cultural Services Arts Development and 14-19 Pathways Creative Industries Steering Group.

To enter the competition, please email explaining in 50 words why you should be chosen to:

Elizabeth.A.Driscoll@rhondda-cynon-taf.gov.uk by 5pm on Monday, November 2nd 2009.
